Quality Management Systems

Fundamental to the company’s principle policies and objectives is the operation of a quality management system as part of the day to day organisational culture. We endeavour to build and optimise a system that ensures continuous improvement in light of defined management policies throughout the entire business, emphasising consequent market and customer driven business processes.

In achieving this overall objective top level management deem it essential to establish, document, implement and maintain a quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, specifically;

a) Identify the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout our organisation,
b) Determine the sequence and interaction of these processes,
c) Determine the criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and the control of these processes are effective,
d) Ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes,
e) Monitor measure and analyse these processes, and
f) Implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.

Outsourcing a process that affects product conformity to the above requirements, shall have the necessary measures identified and implemented within the quality management system to ensure control over such processes.
