Ltd. a privately owned Australian company, is a leading Australian player in the manufacturing and sales distribution industry with its main office facilities located 18 kilometres from the city of Melbourne, in the state of Victoria, Australia. The business was established in 1971 and currently employs in the vicinity of 160 employees. The company offers development, design, manufacturing and distribution of water supply plumbing products for the Australian & New Zealand markets as well as sub contract manufacture of individually customised solutions for OEM customers.
This Quality Management Manual is the top tier document of our quality management system. It provides an overview of the organisation’s quality management, currently certified as complying to ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems, with a future objective to obtain certification to; AS 4801 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems.
This Quality Management Manual is applicable to all of the Ryemetal business activities. It is intended to outline the organisation’s management system principles relevant to quality, occupational health & safety and environmental management systems as well as relevant government and regulatory requirements. Primarily, it describes the principles of the system and outlines its structure, essential elements and processes including relevant responsibilities delegated to enable our employees to work together across all levels. Moreover, it forms the basis for certification under the requirements of national and international certified quality management systems.
